What we collect

We only collect the information you choose to send us through the forms on this site. We do not ask you to create an account.

The free consultation form asks for your name, phone number, email address, city and ZIP code, who the care is for, the service you are interested in, the best time to reach you and a description of your situation, which may include health or care needs. The contact form asks for your name, company, postal address, phone number, email address and comments. The job application form asks for your name, postal address, phone number, email address, the position you want, your availability and your experience. Please share only the health details we need to understand your request.

How we use it

When you send a form, your details are emailed to info@supportivehealth.com so we can read your message and reply. We use them only to respond to you and to handle your request. We do not sell, rent or trade your information, and we do not add you to marketing lists. We keep messages only as long as we need them to deal with your request and keep ordinary business records.

Spam protection

To block automated spam, the form keeps a short record of when messages were sent, linked to a one-way scrambled (hashed) version of your IP address. It is used only to limit how many messages can be sent in an hour, and records older than one hour are deleted automatically.

Analytics and cookies

This site does not use advertising cookies. If we switch on Google Analytics for this site, it uses cookies to collect information such as the pages you visit, how you arrived, your browser and device type, and an approximate location based on your IP address. We use this only to understand how the site is used. Google handles this data under its own privacy policy. You can block these cookies in your browser settings or with Google's opt-out add-on.

Server logs

Like most websites, our hosting provider keeps standard server logs (such as IP address, browser type, the page requested and the time) to keep the site secure and working.

Your choices

You can ask us what information we hold about you, ask us to correct it, or ask us to delete it, by emailing info@supportivehealth.com. Please write from the address you used, or tell us how you contacted us, so we can find your message.

Children

This site is not aimed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

We may update this notice from time to time. The effective date at the top shows when it last changed.
